A Food Lover’s Guide: The Best Places to Eat in Nashville

Nashville, Tennessee is home of country music, great barbecue, fun nightlife and the famous ‘Hot Chicken Sandwich.’ As soon as I stepped foot in this Country Music Paradise, it immediately hit the top of my ‘favorite cities’ list.

Not only is Nashville an absolute blast to visit, it’s also a city that offers fantastic restaurants on literally every street corner. For a foodie like myself who loves to try new places, I couldn’t wait to go out and eat in Nashville.

The Easiest Way to Save Money on Diapers + How Many You’ll Need

My son, Sutton, is about to turn 18 months old. He is beginning to show some interest in using his little toilet to go potty. Yay! But at this point, diapers are definitely still a thing (and probably will be for a while.) Purchasing diapers has definitely been one of the most costly parts of being a parent thus far. I currently have a lot of amazing women in my life who are preparing for babies, so I thought I would offer a few tips that have helped me!

A Bright, White Kitchen Makeover

Our bright, white kitchen it is one of my favorite parts of our home! My husband and I moved out of our very first 1,400 square foot home and into our new house almost two years ago. We were just getting back from a vacation to the North Island of New Zealand, and immediately following our 13-hour flight and a little bit of sleep, we got the keys and started moving in! It was slightly chaotic and we were jet-lagged, but the excitement superseded the tiredness and we had a blast.

I really did love everything about our new home, but I was hesitant about the size of our kitchen. I am in the kitchen A LOT, and that was the one space that I just didn’t love. We both knew early on that this wasn’t intended to be our “dream home”and that was perfectly okay, but I still want to enjoy our space during the time that we call it home.
