My stepsister and I recently visited Orlando together for the BlogHer 2017 conference and, luckily for us, we got to go to Disney! We both LOVE to eat, so we indulged on all of the amazing food and restaurants that Disneyworld has to offer without any shame! We stayed only a few minutes away from Disney (read more below), so the entire trip was wonderful and convenient!

My all-time favorite place to binge is at Epcot’s World Showcase. The last time my husband and I visited Epcot, we literally ate something from every single country. It was probably one of the best days of our lives! haha. I have no idea how we managed to eat so much, but it was all worth it. And you can’t forget the famously delicious treats from Magic Kingdom!

I really love food and really love sharing that food with other people, so now that I have fully experienced the deliciousness that Disneyworld has to offer, here is a list of my Top 15 Foods To Try at Disneyworld! I hope you enjoy as much as we did!

Disney’s Magic Kingdom

1. The Famous Dole Whip Float

The Dole Whip Float has created something similar to a cult following with the Disney crowd and it’s easy to see why! This frozen float is refreshing, flavorful and tangy with pineapple or vanilla soft serve on top of fresh pineapple juice.

2. Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich

Who doesn’t love Nutella and waffles?! This perfectly-paired combo makes up one of the tastiest treats at Magic Kingdom. Because it’s topped with blueberries, bananas and strawberries, you can even excuse it as a semi-healthy snack for the kids. 😉

3. Disney Chocolate Croissant

This decadent, flaky dessert is a must-try! Gaston’s Tavern serves this incredible treat warm and each bite of the croissant melts in your mouth. The rich, sweet chocolate is full of flavor and finishes this dessert off perfectly.

4. Themed Caramel Apples

Each kid (or adult) will have a pick of their favorite character when they choose their caramel apples! My favorite is the super cute Olaf apple but you can have whatever your heart desires, from the Mickey Mouse and Cinderella’s Coach to the Mickey Ghost Candy Apple and Jack Skeleton!

5. Heavenly Cinnamon Roll

Has Disney created Cinnabon’s competition?! Some would say so! The fluffy, moist dough in this cinnamon roll at Gaston’s Tavern is a popular favorite amongst guests. The maple icing is smothered over the warm roll and guess what?! You can ask for extra icing and they will kindly oblige! Grab multiple forks! This treat is massive and can definitely be shared with everyone in your group.

 EPCOT

The thing that I really love about Epcot is that everything is so incredibly authentic. Did you know that the servers, chefs, bakers, cleaners, etc. are actually all flown out from their respective countries to work at Epcot? This means that you truly will get the entire, real life experience in each “country” that you visit.

6. Carciofi Pizza at Via Napoli’s

The atmosphere at Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria is unmatched and the aroma draws you in immediately. As a self-declared pizza-holic, Italy is always our first stop at Epcot because we never want to be too full for this insanely delicious food! Large wood-fired grills sit behind an open kitchen as bustling servers deliver delicious, cheesy authentic pizzas, pastas and salads to each table. The Carciofi Pizza is one of my favorites – it’s a white sauce pizza topped with truffle oil, artichoke, fontina and mozzarella cheese. If white sauce isn’t your thing, their traditional Pepperoni Pizza is also absolutely incredible.

7. French Onion Soup at Les Chefs de France

I can eat a bowl of French Onion Soup at any time of day – no matter how cold or hot it may be outside – simply because it is such a perfect comfort food for me. The crunchy crouton atop a salty broth and topped with creamy, melty cheese makes it hard to beat. My husband feels the same way, so we couldn’t have been more thrilled to indulge in authentic French Onion Soup. This is a don’t miss!

8. Sushi at Mitsukoshi Tokyo Dining

Our server in Tokyo bowed to us every time she approached and left the table, making the experience so sweet and that much more authentic. My husband and I always start our meal with the Salmon Sashimi and we were raving about theirs for days to come. We also finished every bite of our delicious Fire Cracker Roll: Tempura Shrimp Roll with Wakame Salad & jalapeño topped with eel sauce, shredded red pepper and Sriracha.

9. Mediterranean Lamb Wrap at Tangierine Cafe

This gyro is another one of my favorite meals at Epcot. The meat is perfectly tender and thinly sliced. It is served in a pita with hummus, marinated red onions, lettuce, tomato and topped with tangy and refreshing Tzatziki (cucumber, dill and greek yogurt) sauce. You’ll never go wrong if this is your lunch of choice!

Where to Find It: Morocco

10. Bratwurst and Pretzels at Biergarten Restaurant

Biergarten Restaurant is a themed buffet that makes it feel like Oktoberfest all year long. It is so much fun! They serve soft, buttery pretzels and pair them with a variety of refreshing beers as one of their most popular pairings. I’ve never been a huge pretzel fan, but my husband raved and raved about his. The bratwurst and schnitzel are my personal favorites – they have a crisp exterior and never fail to make the highly sought after ‘snap’ sound every time you take a bite.

11. Norwegian School Bread at Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe

The home of Frozen‘s water ride is also the home of some of the tastiest delicacies in Epcot. Norway’s menu of sweet pretzels with icing and chocolate, rice pudding with strawberry sauce, banana caramel custard and yellow cake with raspberry filling are all contenders for the top spot. But, in my opinion, School Bread is the ultimate winner. This flavorful bread is a sweet cardamom bun filled with vanilla crème custard and topped with glazed and toasted coconut.

12. Napoleon Dessert at Les Halles Boulangerie

This classic, French dessert is one of my absolute favorites. Flaky layers of puff pastry sit between a delicious pastry cream, making up the perfect texture for a light but flavorful dessert. The Napoleon is then topped with a crunchy vanilla and chocolate icing. The bakery is magical and has something for everyone, so grab one of these and a few other treats before you head out. You’ll be happy you did!

13. Fish and Chips at Rose & Crown

The Fish & Chips at this English restaurant is a testament to how good the food actually is at Epcot. Fish & Chips can be a hit-or-miss meal at many restaurants, but Rose & Crown completely hits it out of the park. Top your dish with a little bit of salt, a lot of malt vinegar and eat up while you overlook the water and beautiful scenery.

14. Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup at Le Cellier Steakhouse

It isn’t easy to get a table at Le Cellier – the combination of delicious food and minimal seating causes reservations to book up quickly. However, if you are lucky enough to grab a spot, this Cheddar Cheese Soup is a must-try. It is made up of a combination of smoked bacon, Canadian Ale, chives, tabasco and tons of white cheddar cheese to create an incredibly creamy and satisfying meal.

15. Cookies ‘n Cream Funnel Cake at American Adventure Pavilion

If you’re looking for a fantastic dessert to finish off the indulgence that is Epcot, this is the perfect choice! This crispy funnel cake is topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, crushed Oreos, powdered sugar and one Oreo cookie. Each funnel cake is made-to-order, as always, and comes out hot and ready to satisfy any and every sweet tooth!

Where We Stayed:

We had the opportunity to stay at a cozy AirBnB that was perfectly located only 5-10 minutes away from the entrances at Disneyworld! We were able to take an Uber everywhere and absolutely loved how convenient it was to get Disney.

This AirBnB was a quaint little place with two beds and modern decor. Cleanliness is always a big factor for me and this little villa was in pristine condition.

The pool is located directly next to the room for easy access and our communication with the host couldn’t have been better!

If you’re looking for a convenient and cozy home to stay at during your trip, this is your place!
